I implement 21s / cheating reps to chest in a way. If i bench 120 and begin to get my 10..12..maybe 16 reps. I up it to 140. At 140kg I go as far down as I can and train the upper range. Then when I go back to 120kg eventually I can bench 120 much easier and get my lower range working good. listening to my body I'll know when I'm ready now to push harder at 140 and go down to the chest and up. Kinda how I level up. I havnt been gym in a while. So now I may struggle even at 60kg but I'll take my time and slowly work my muscles out 60..80.100. If i attempt to go heavy to soon I'll possible get an injury. I love every bit of Arnold's mentality and training. I too have the book. Before learning of Arnold's ways I already started on my own doing it like that. So once I seen and read the book I felt that this is what works for me. If i stick to the work outs I 100% get results from it. I think if you listen to Arnold, watch his videos. All the secrets are there.. his confidence, mentality and work ethic. King of kings.

Jeff, I can't thank you enough. I'm not sure if you've ever experienced something called "brain fog" but this exercise alleviated it for me. I don't understand much of the science behind it, but what I've read online shows that bad posture in our necks can bottleneck cerebral spinal fluids and blood supply to the brain. The result of years of bad posture, for me, was brain fog. This exercise was life changing. I feel alive again. Thank you.

Any chance you can add a version2 for all/most of your videos showing just the workouts and proper form? The explanations are definitely helpful, but at times I feel like going back to check the video for maybe to check a proper form for an exercise and already have heard the explanation on why I should do it, but the video is 10mins long, whereas just the workouts are just 2 mins of the whole video. Again, I really appreciate the explanations, thanks for them.

Jeff cavalier. I'm thankful you mentioned Wrist pushups several years ago. It literally saved my ability to do Bodyweight pressing movements. My questions is I seen you do these with your back knuckles. I didn't notice this and have been doing them with the front two for several years. They have become very conditioned but will I suffer long term problems such as arthritis from this in the future? Thank you for your amazing videos and I hope you feel this is a question worth addressing.

Cardio isn't necessary even remotely if you're clued in on your nutrition. Cardio + caloric restriction will slow the metabolism down which is bad. Strength training [weight lifting] is king.
